If something feels stuck, heavy or confusing — low mood, constant worry, a relationship under strain — therapy can help. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis; many clients simply want a clearer head.

Individual sessions last 50 minutes; couples and family sessions run to 75. Most clients start weekly, then space sessions out as they grow steadier.

Individual therapy from £65, couples and family from £85, and your first consultation is free. We accept major insurance and hold reduced-fee places. Full details on our fees page.

Yes — around half our clients meet online over secure video. Same counsellor, same length, same care as coming to Hereford in person.

We’re integrative: CBT and EMDR for practical change, emotionally focused and psychodynamic work for deeper patterns — always explained in plain English.

Yes. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with only the rare legal exceptions (such as serious risk of harm) — which your therapist will explain clearly at the start.

It varies: focused work often shifts things in 6–12 sessions; deeper patterns take longer. We set goals together and review regularly, so therapy lasts exactly as long as it’s useful.

Of course — and no feelings hurt. The relationship is the therapy, so we’d rather rematch you (free) than have you persevere with the wrong fit.

Yes, from age 13 upwards, with parental consent. Teen sessions balance the young person’s privacy with keeping parents appropriately in the loop.
