Bring your policy details to your consultation and we’ll handle the paperwork — pre-authorisation, invoicing and direct billing where your insurer allows it.

Yes. We hold a limited number of reduced-fee places for students, key workers and anyone on a low income. Ask in your consultation — there’s no awkward form, just an honest conversation.
By card or bank transfer, invoiced after each session — or direct-billed to your insurer. No block bookings required, ever.
Life happens. Rearrange free of charge with 48 hours’ notice; later cancellations are charged at half the session fee. We’ll always try to find you another slot that week.
